He was predeceased by: his wife June. He is survived by: his daughters, Penny Kellaway (Ken Fish) and Shelia Smith (Marty); his grandsons, Joshua, Kyle, Chad and Aaron; and his brother Robert Kellaway. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
