He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, David S. Jr. (Rebecca), Daniel J. (Kimberly), Terry Bridgman (Eric) and Brenda Koring (Todd); and his grandchildren, Jessica, Amanda, Kyle, Ryan, Bella, Benjamin, Sara, Lucas, Shane and Rayann. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
