It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Defranco (Penfield, New York), born in Portageville, New York, who passed away on April 7, 2018, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by 8 great grandchildren (Jennifer, Jeff, Jared, Riley, Hobie, Nick, Joe, Cole), 3 great-great grandchildren (Rosie, Kane, Kynlee), and many wonderful nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
