He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis; his daughter Nancy Baker; his sister Betty Peterson; and his brother-in-law DeForest Peterson. He is survived by: his children, Susan Turiano (John) and Steven Rudolph (Rita); his son-in-law Bruce Baker; his grandchildren, Brian Deissinger (Yuming), Erica Deissinger, Jason Rudolph (Krystal), Matthew Turiano, Kristen Turiano, Todd Rudolph and Katie Baker; his great grandchild Olivia Rudolph; and his sister-in-law Joyce Yeagle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
