He was predeceased by: his father Ronald D. Gifford, Sr.; his wife Shirley Mae Clark Gifford; his mother Carrie Gifford (Edwards); his mother-in-law Velma Harrison Clark; and his siblings, Ronald E., Donald E. and Ida Mae Smith.
He is survived by: his daughter Ronna Orr (Larry); his grandchildren, Kendra Rugg (Jarimie) and Kyle Gillett; and his brother John P. Gifford of Waterloo, NY. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
