She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Slocum and Thelma Slocum; her husband Laverne Hainsworth; and her siblings, Irene, Gerry, Walter and George.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Taylor (Jeff) of Dundee, Tom Hainsworth of Barrington and David Hainsworth of Penn Yan. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Weldon Funeral Home (102 E Main St, Penn Yan, NY 14527). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
