She is survived by: her siblings, Raymond Siuta (Deborah) of Wyoming, NY and Lorraine Hough of Waxhaw, NC; her siblings' children, Lynne Herr (Scott), Ray Siuta (Lisa) and Erik Siuta (Ashley); her great-nieces, Ella and Maddie Siuta; and her great-nephew Noah Herr.
