Sears (Peru, New York), born in Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on July 4, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard H. Lucia and Grace M. Lucia (Burt); and her brother Carlton Lucia. She is survived by : her husband Thomas H. Sears; her children, Tammy Catlin (Barry), David Sears (Sonya) and Carlene Heipel (Carl Ezero); her grandchildren, Amanda Sears, Tia Brunk, Megan, Erin Sears and Brendon Heipel (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Leland Sears, Mason and Mackenzie Heipel; and her sister Joyce Lucia-Kolb (Rich).

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Caroline E. Sears may be made to the Fitzpatrick Cancer Center or a charity of one's choice.
