He was predeceased by: his parent Michael Hoffman; his wife Beverly Hoffman; and his siblings, Mary Haywood and Leonard Hoffman. He is survived by: his parent Abigail Hoffman; his children, Sheila Lisk (Michael) of Glenfield, Laura Suttie of Petersburgh and Linda Livingstone of Ballston Spa; his grandchildren, Alex Lisk, Evan Lisk, Andrea Lisk, Andrew Suttie, Samantha Suttie, Ashley Livingstone and Adam Livingstone; his great grandchildren, Ascha, Cooper, Grace, Aria, Rory, Caleb, Aaliyah and William; and his friends, Rich Sicko of Petersburgh, David Bink, Willie Bink of Petersburgh and Eric Vincent of Florida.
