He was predeceased by: his parent Charles J. Dutcher, Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Virginia Rackum Dutcher; his wives, Glenda E. Hurlbutt and Glenda E. Dutcher (Hurlbutt); his children, Bradley Dutcher (Janet), Wade Dutcher, Shelley Walker (Charles) and Paula Rooney (Shawn); his grandchildren, Joshua Dutcher, Marcy Dutcher, Chad Walker (Cathy), Sarah Tandle (Brian), Ashley Rooney, Christopher Dutcher (Danielle), Adam Dutcher (Kate) and Jordan Dutcher; and his brothers, Rodney Frarey (Eleanor) and Terry Frarey (Fran). He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
