He was predeceased by: his parent Glenn Crouch; his son David M. Crouch; and his siblings, Mark Crouch, David Crouch, Joan Crouch, Mary Goodman and Debbie Rice.
He is survived by: his parent Doris Lerkins Crouch; his wife Valerie Crouch of Phelps; his children, Sarah Shireman (Justin) of Newark, Jason Crouch (Makayla) of Phelps Matthew and Aaron Crouch of Phelps; his grandchildren, Layla and Zachary; and his sisters, Judy Buddle (Alvin), Aunt and Uncle.
It is requested that in lieu of flowers memorial donations be made C/O Valerie Crouch 2662 Fort Hill Road Geneva, NY 14456 for a trust fund to be established for Matthew and Aaron.
