It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael D. Cooper (Phelps, New York), born in Geneva, New York, who passed away on August 22, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Leon Cooper and Edna Henderson Cooper. He is survived by : his brother Donald Cooper; and also, Stephanie Knobel of Phelps, Michael Thomas Knobel (Ann) of North Carolina and Jessica Anne Knobel of Phelps. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews and many close friends.

It is requested that memorial donations be made to the South Seneca Sportsman's Club 6894 Yarnell Road Ovid, NY 14521.
