With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia A. Conklin (Phelps, New York), born in Newark, New York, who passed away on January 2, 2020 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Bremer and Alice Van Damme Bremer. She is survived by: her nephew Ken Bremer; her husband Harry Conklin of Phelps; her children, Michael Conklin (April) of Clifton Springs and Michele Taylor (Larry) of Weedsport; and her grandchildren, Darrien, Morgan, Zack and Michael.
