We are sad to announce that on September 21, 2018, Pauline Cornelia Bremer (Phelps, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis May and Emma De May (Des Camps); her spouse Harold E. Bremer; and her sister Mary. She is survived by: her daughters, Dorothy B. Sylvester (Robert) of New Bern, N. C. and Helen B. Willson (John) of Hillsdale; her grandchildren, Julianne Budd (Ronald), Laura Leutheuser (Eric), Amy Zoll (Edward), Robert Sylvester (Cheryl) and Andrew Sylvester (Lauren); and her great grandchildren, Ryan, Nicole, Anna, Alison, Andrew, Clara, Emma, Grace, Jeremy, Eddie and Amber. She is also survived by 21 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Phelps, New York.
