He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Williams and Helen Campbell Williams. He is survived by: his wife Diane Williams (Flewelling); his daughters, Tammy Halteman (Ray) and Jackie Doyle (Stephen); his grandchildren, Danielle Thomas (Alex), Breanne McDavid (Matt), Troy Halteman (Kara), Morgan Kowalski (Jeff), Ryan Doyle, Caitlyn Doyle and Grace "Pep" Doyle; his great grandchildren, Tommy Kowalski and Cora Thomas; his sister Wendy; his brother-in-law Paddy Cifu; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryley, Ella and Brianna Cifu; and also, Larry Frankenfield (Peggy), Jim Frankenfield (Jane), Durell Frankenfield (Beth) and Darlene Halteman (Steve).
