In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Louis Adalbert had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Louis Adalbert may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parent Geza Petruska; his sister Barbara Petruska Chismar; his brother-in-law Anthony "Tony" M. Chismar, Sr.; and his mother Barbara Ann Minehart Petruska. He is survived by: his niece Barbara Lias of Youngstown, OH; and his nephews, William Chismar (Linda), James Chismar (MaryEllen), Robert Chismar and Anthony Chismar, Jr. (Judy). He is also survived by 2 great nieces, 3 great nephews and his fellow brothers.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 5:15 PM at the Abbey of the Genesee. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 9:30 AM at 3258 River Rd, Piffard, NY 14533.
