He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Mower and Mable Mower (Hitchcock Warner); and his sister Crystal Mower. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Mower (Norton); his children, Alfred Mower of Elmira, James Mower (Kiesha), Christina Mackey, Sharon White (Sonny) and Julia of Pine Valley; and his siblings, Sandra Keyser, Barbara Johnson of Millport, Stephen Mower (Sue) of Elmira, Verne Mower (Mary) of Pine Valley, April VanSyckle (Mike), Tony Mower (Denise) of Elmira, Karen Morse (Daniel) of Pine Valley and Terri Reed (Joe) of Erin. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
