He is survived by: his parents, John C. Wardwell and Sandra L. Wardwell (Bouille); his sister Lisa Arnold (Peter); his close friends, Cheryl Samson and Lori Kurtz Bates; his grandchildren, Tristan, Zander, Paisley, Shiloh, Oliver MaKinster, John and Lori Dapp (Dale); his great grandchild Kayla Bartlett (Dapp); and also, Dillon Samson, Nikki MaKinster (Bates) and Tawni Sheldon (Bates). He is also survived by his parents and sister, "Johnson" by his adopted daughters and grandchildren.
