Palmer of Pine Valley, New York, born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on January 28, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Charles Rose and Frances Iola Durham Rose; and her sister Marcia Kellogg. She is survived by: her husband Robert S. Palmer Sr.; her daughter Michelle; her son-in-law Henry Forrest of Kalamazoo, MI; her son Robert S. Palmer Jr.; her daughter-in-law Robin Palmer of Pine Valley, NY; her grandchildren, Micah, Dawn Forrest, Rachel Forrest, Nicholas Taylor, Kayla, Joshua Carpenter, Brian Forrest, Mandy Rudy and Mark Sempler; and her sisters-in-law, Thomas, Laura Rose of Wellsboro, PA, Marilyn Dayton (Charles) of Pine Valley, NY, Jackie Roberts of Simpsonville, SC and Joyce Shutts of Pine Valley, NY. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of caring friends.
