He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Mihalek and Lillian Mihalek (Bishop); his sister Lynne Mihalek O'Rourke; and his pets, Molly, Lydia and Marco.
He is survived by: his daughter Alexandra Mihalek; his son-in-law John Korevec; his brothers, Mark Mihalek, Alfred (Leslie Mihalek) and Dan (Cindy Mihalek); his friend Lauren Johannes-Mihalek; and his pet Frank. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
