He was predeceased by: his brother Wayne Parrotte, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Maria of Champlain; his parents, Wayne Parrotte of Plattsburgh and Janet Parrotte of Plattsburgh; his siblings, Anita Debbie of Florida, Timothy Parrotte, Tonya Parrotte of Ellenburg Depot, Paul Parrotte and Julie Parrotte of South Carolina; and also Bob Debbie of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Fitzpatrick Cancer Center.
