He was predeceased by: his parents, T. Joseph Dugan and Marjorie Dugan (Bliss); his wife Theresa Dugan (Labarge); and his sister Joan Dubay. He is survived by: his brother Bliss Dugan; his children, Susan (Kevin), Michael (Kathy) and Patrick Dugan; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Michael, John Dugan and Kara Timken; and his great grandchild Rae Dugan.
