He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Herb and Caroline Herb (Fetter); his son Robert Herb (Carolyn); and his siblings, Elaine Koplin (Herb), Franklin Herb, Ruby Herb, Richard Herb and Carolyn Herb.
He is survived by: his wife Jean C. McCusker; his children, Jimmie Herb Jr. (Janet), Carol Dougherty (Paul) and Diane Herb; his grandchildren, Casey, Brianna, Jason, Krystin, Crystal, Lauren and Simone; his great grandchildren, Noah, Autumn, Jacob, Ellie, Jazlyn and Everly; and his sisters, Nancy Thomas (Herb) and Jeanne Lenker (Herb).
