We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2019, at the age of 88, Pearl Latour (Plattsburgh, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Reeves and Elmira Reeves (Garrant); her husband Donald; and her siblings, Genevieve, Irene, Myra, Shirley, Joe and Buddy.
She is survived by: her children, Donna West (Paul) of Plattsburgh, Rick Latour (Karen) of Plattsburgh and Linda Whalen (Allen Wood) of Plattsburgh; and her grandchildren, Christopher West, Nichole Nevader, Erica Terhune, Scott Rougeau and Tiffany Mangum. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
