We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2021, at the age of 89, Ruth Deon of Plattsburgh, New York, born in Utica, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Deon to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Kenneth Brucker and Louise Brucker; her husband John E. Deon; her daughter-in-law Elaine Deon; and her brothers, Stanley and Charles Brucker.

She is survived by : her children, John Deon of Cliff Haven, Kenneth (Lindsey Deon), Elizabeth (Michael Jensen), Suzanne (Christopher Lacombe) and Mary (Walter Roberts); and her sister Sandra Nowicki (Amos Odit) of Utica, N. Y.

With concern for the health of others during this pandemic the family will have a private Catholic service.
