With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Saverio Gangemi (Pleasantville, New York), who passed away on April 17, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Antonino Gangemi and Angelina Gangemi; and his sister Antonetta. He is survived by : his wife Teresa Gangemi; his sons, Antonino (Tony) and Domenic Gangemi; his grandchildren, Samantha and Christopher Gangemi; and his sister Caterina (Franceschina).

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar Hawthorne Funeral Home (21 W Stevens Ave, Hawthorne, NY 10532). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Holy Innocents Church (431 Bedford Rd, Pleasantville, NY 10570). An entombment was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
