She was predeceased by : her parents, Louise Smith and Burton L. Smith Sr.; her former life partner Fay E.'Pete'Barker; her brother-in-law David R. Long; her parents-in-law, Clifford L. and Marie Jindrak; and her sister Debbie Thomas (Koons).

She is survived by : her husband Mark L. Jindrak; her siblings, Burton L. Smith Jr. (Jeanie), Richard H. Smith (Sheri), David C. Smith (Beth), Marc H. Smith (Sandy), Jerry K. Smith (Debbie) and Sharon L. Long; her brother-in-law Jonathan C. Jindrak (Patricia); her nephews, Steve R. Barker (Krista), William B. Barker (Jennifer), Mark R. Jindrak (Miroslava) and Michael P. Jindrak (Karri); and her niece Stephanie A. Watkins (Thomas). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
