He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Harry Miller, Jr. and Theresa Maria Maurizi Miller; his brothers, Eddie Miller and Michael Miller; his parents-in-law, Kathleen and Vincent Galligan, Sr.; and his sister-in-law Suzanne Galligan.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean M. Galligan of Mary's R. C. Church; his pet Earl; his sons, Nicholas Miller (Kristen) of Montague, NJ, Christopher Miller (Michelle) of Utica, NY and Daniel Miller of Port Jervis, NY.; his sister Michelle Stockdale; his siblings-in-law, Joanne Miller, Marianne Ramos (Ignacio), Vincent Galligan, Jr., Joseph Galligan (Lisa) and Shawn Galligan (Candice); and his grandchildren, Maggie Miller and Remi Miller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Gray-Parker Funeral Home (100 E Main St, Port Jervis, NY 12771). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:15 AM and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (170 E Main St, Port Jervis, NY 12771). A Mass was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's R. C. Church (46 Ball St, Port Jervis, NY 12771).
