She is survived by : her boyfriend Michael Gould; her daughter Candice Hayzlett (Tyler) of Arizona; her grandchildren, Brynna and Aiden; her great grandchildren, Maverick and Carter; and her sister Cindy Ferreri. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
