He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Parenti and Ruth Worden Parenti; and his granddaughter Megan. He is survived by: his wife Betti Ann Parenti; his daughters, Carol Wilkinson, Kathryn Colon (David) and Amy Parenti; his sister Laraine Tripp (Bob); his niece Melissa; his grandchildren, Jordan (Robbie), Jenna (Justin), Jessie (Mark), Derek and Javier; and his great grandchildren, Kamilah, Jeremiah, Atlas, Scarlett and Sloane.
In memory of Lou, the family would like memorial contributions be made to the Tri State Area Amputee Support Group (TSAASG), C/O Al's Music Shop, 41 Fowler St., Port Jervis, NY 12771, where Lou would provide education and support to other amputees.
