Galligan, III (Jeni) of Otisville, NY, Scott Galligan (Michelle) of Oswegatchie, NY, Sarah Mootz (Chad) of Jeffersonville, NY and Patrick Galligan (Laura) of Carthage, TN.; her grandchildren, Vincent C. Galligan, IV, Lauren Galligan, Leah Galligan, Hunter Galligan, Julie Galligan, Allie Galligan, Avery Mootz and Owen Mootz; her siblings, John Barkley (Valerie), Stephen Barkley (Sue), Rebecca MacMartin (Joe), Dorothy Barkley and DeeDee Graves Rushing; and her siblings-in-law, Joseph Galligan (Lisa), Shawn Galligan (Candice), Marianne Ramos (Ignacio) and Jean Miller (Earl). She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
