He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Kowal and Mary Kowal. He is survived by: his siblings, Peter N. Kowal (Linda) of Port Jervis, NY and Evanna M. Sullivan of Utica, NY; his nieces and nephews, James Sullivan, Eliana of Croton, Thomas Sullivan (Denise) of Litchfield, NH, William Kowal of Sparrowbush, NY, Peter T. Kowal (Amy) of Milford, PA, Kara Watson (James) of Cape Coral, FL and Erin Castro (Adrian) of Golden, CO.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Elijah, Caedran, Griffen, Tiernan, Jada, Anya, Iris, Grayson and Sophia; and his brother-in-law James Sullivan.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no services at this time.
