He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Morrow of Port Kent; his sons, Jack Phillips (Wendy) of Peru and James Phillips of Plattsburgh; his grandchildren, Emily, Tyler, Morgan, Michael and Abigail Phillips; and his siblings, Lois Chiefari (Peter) and Edward Phillips (Susan).
