He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Topor Sr. and Margaret Merotto; his children, Terry Topor and Tracy Harvey; his sister Barbar Fahy; and his brother-in-law Edward Fenner.
He is survived by: his wife Constance Fenner; his children, Tammy Gann (Bill) of Florida, Christine Long (West) of Portville and John Nitsche (Mary Lou) of Groveland, FL; his grandchildren, Stephanie Nitsche, Emily Long (Jeff Buchanan), Joseph Long (Carley LaFever), Michael Long, Ty Hoagland, Zach Buchanan (Casie), Rumor Buchanan (Adam Bates), Parker Harvey (Leah Heaton), Tiffany Diven (Jeff), Billy Gann, Alex Topor (Taylor) and Evan Topor; his brothers, Bobby Topor (Elaine Rogers) and Rick Topor (Marsha); and his siblings-in-law, Richard Fenner, Penny Fenner and Lucinda Scott (Donald). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
