It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine R. Wood (Potsdam, New York), who passed away on June 10, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Josephine Comstock (Joseph); and her siblings, Virginia (James Cook), Richard (Janet Comstock), Henry (Patricia Papineau), Carl (Betty Papineau) and Ross Papineau.
She is survived by: her husband Joe; her children, David J. Wood of Hogansburg and Vicki A. Wood (Allan Terrance) of Hogansburg; her grandson Ronald J. Wood-Terrance "Tota' (Hogansburg) of Tota's Little Sweetheart; her pet Molly; her niece Dewi "Kitty" White of Hogansburg; and her godchildren, Doreen Delormier, Mark Cooke, Andrew Jacobs, Scott Comstock, Dean Papineau, Harry Cook and Kevin Cree. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and great grand nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.
