He is survived by: his wife Elaine Pharoah of Potsdam; his children, Steven Brainard (Kathy) of Brasher Center and Melanie Armstrong (George) of Lisbon; his grandchildren, Wendy Parker (Michael), Ray Mead (Jenifer), Kelsi Flack (Michael) and Katrina Vario (Jason); and his great grandchildren, Rylie, Garrett Flack, Ella and Maxwell Mead.
