He was predeceased by: his parent David Sr.; his brother David LaForge; his brothers-in-law, Fred Ballard, James Finn and Walter Seeland; and his nephew Thomas Ballard.
He is survived by: his parent Edith LaForge, Sr. (Chase). He is also survived by his siblings and their spouses, Brenda and Jimmie Dement, Linda Ballard, Sharon and Robert Stramm, Terry Finn, Denise and Earl Bishop, Laura and James Vail, Brian LaForge, and Pamela and Joseph McGinty; and 77 nieces, nephews.
