He was predeceased by: his friend Marlboro. He is survived by: his sons, Nicholas and Daniel Bates of Pleasant Valley, NY; and his siblings, Connie Ferrera (Ray) of Valhalla, NY, Melissa Tully (Bruce) of Iowa, Jef Farfalla of Oklahoma and Michael Weber (Cheryl) of Arizona.
