She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Piontek and Stella Organist Piontek; her spouse Adelbert "Roy" Carpenter; and her brother Jack Piontek. She is survived by: her sons, Roy Carpenter (Shona) of Lyon France, David Carpenter of Philadelphia, PA and Timothy Carpenter (Jenny) of New Market, NH; and her grandchildren, Paul, Philip, Samuel, Stella and Hudson.
