She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph W. Silvers and Barbara M. Silvers; her husband William Mosher; her brother Joseph; and her siblings-in-law, Veronica Silvers, David Zydel, Mildred Delpino and Bertha Woodin.
She is survived by: her daughter Bernadette Kirkey of Poughkeepsie; her grandchildren, Melissa Kirkey of Poughkeepsie and Timothy Kirkey (Tiffany); her daughter Valerie of Lawrence, MA; her great grandchild David Arriola-Kirkey of Poughkeepsie; her sister Theresa Zydel of East Springfield, NY; her sister-in-law Shirley Wright of Wiccopee, NY; and her friends, Cathy Gastino, Doris Hummel and Darlene Rinaldi. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Barbara's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the American Cancer Society.
