He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Gold and Sophie Gold; and his siblings, Herbert, Myron (Anne) and Florence Wineberg (Mervin).

He is survived by: his children, Michael (Deborah), Daniel (Jennifer) and Tamar; and his grandchildren, Maxwell, Zoey and Oliver.
