It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Catherine V. Elwell of Poughkeepsie, New York, who passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick McPeck and Florence McPeck of Poughkeepsie; and her brothers, Joseph (Shirley) and Gene McPeck (Frances). She is survived by: her brother Andy (Barbara); her husband Richard Elwell; her sons, Tim (Joy) and Ralph (Christopher); her grandchildren, Diana, Ryan, Ian and Zoe Elwell (Douglas Sigsbury); and her great grandchildren, Jackson and Jaden.
In lieu of flowers, and in celebration of her life of service to others the family respectfully requests donations made to the Lunch Box, Hospice, and Mount Alvernia Retreat Center, Wappingers Falls, New York – three true passions of Cathy's.
