He was predeceased by: his grandfather Craig; and his father Dave Thompson. He is survived by: his mother Cornelia Thompson of Wappingers Falls; his wife Laura of Poughkeepsie; his children, Jessica Colombo (Will) of Highland, Derek Thompson of Poughkeepsie and Jennifer Thompson (Derrell) of Poughkeepsie; his grandchildren, David of Leo, DJ and Aaliyah; and his son Louis. He is also survived by his aunt and uncle as well as cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Dutchess County SPCA in his memory.
