He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rocco Santagate and Domenica Matra Santagate; his wife Mary J. Ferraro; his children, Dominick J. "Nik" Santagate (C. Tracy) of Paul Smiths, NY, David Santagate (Antonella) of Poughkeepsie, NY, Ellen Sparks (Robert) of Leesville, S. C. and Susan Byrnes (Bruce) of Lake Wylie, S. C.; his grandchildren, Jason, Kelly and Cori of Levi, AJ; and his great grandchildren, Hudson and Bennett.

The family requests all that will be attending to please wear a mask.
