He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter John Sr. and Maude Elsie Tangal (Cady); his brother Peter John; and his grandson Matthew James Tolerico. He is survived by: his significant other Heather Holden; his daughters, Kim Verven and Jennifer Tolerico; his son-in-law Rich; and his granddaughters, Alicia Verven and Lauren Kennedy (Paul).
