She was predeceased by: her parents, Rocco Germano and Rose Germano; her husband Wayne Van Benschoten, Jr.; her son Wayne W. Van Benschoten III; her grandson Evan T. Van Benschoten; and her siblings, Anthony, Charles, Robert, John, Vincent, Ernest, Arthur, Lawrence and Helen.
She is survived by: her son Erik (Colleen); her grandchildren, Connor, Brian, Rose and Aoife; and her siblings, Marie Holt, Irene Germano, Richard Germano, Raymond Germano and William Germano. She is also survived by cousins and many nieces and nephews.
Per NY State mandate, everyone attending the visitation must wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St Jude's Hospital or Hudson Valley Hospice.
