It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Oakley (Poughkeepsie, New York), who passed away on February 27, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Decker and Annabelle Simpson Decker; her brothers, Earl, Harold and Lewis Decker; and her son-in-law John Patrick Rossbach.

She is survived by: her children, Jaqueline (Barry Hutchings), Deborah Rossbach of Naples, FL, John (Colleen Oakley, Jr.) and Pleasant Valley. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
