He was predeceased by: his parents, Rupert Burdine and Dolores Burdine (Athing); his brother Richard Dean Burdine; his daughter Diana Marie Burdine; and his close friend Jean Kraus.
He is survived by: his children, Maureen Roberts of Pompano Beach, FL, Amanda of Poughkeepsie, NY and Law Craig Roberts; his grandson Sean Roberts of Pompano Beach, FL; his sister-in-law Teresa Burdine of Homer, GA; his sibling's children, Echelle Shinn and Greg Burdine; his great-nieces, Chelea Hemlee and Brianna Burdine; his great-nephew Ethan Hughes; his extended Kraus; and his former wives, Barbara Jane Burdine (Iorio) and Gayle McCallum (Lucchese).
