He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Nichols and Mildred Stanley Nichols; his siblings, William and Marie ODell; his stepdaughter Eve Nadas; and his son-in-law John Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret (Gruner); his daughters, Rose Huling (Johnna) and Margaret Moore; his grandson Collin Moore; his stepson Stephen Nadas (Susan); his stepgrandchildren, Joshua Nadas, Rachel Nadas and Joseph Kamara; and his nephews, Frank, Michael and Timothy ODell.
Because of the pandemic, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Hudson Valley Chapter, or to Hudson Valley Hospice Foundation.
