He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hugo L. and Elfrieda Fischer Sr. (Kiesler); his wife Edith Fischer; his daughter Ann Martin; his stepson Richard Miller (Gail); his brother Carl Fisher; and his granddaughters, Lauren Martin, Jennifer Martin and Rachel Miller.
